This Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Guests who cancel reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Guests who cancel within 30 days will not receive a refund. If 6 rooms or more have been booked together, a 60-day notice is required and the cancellation fee is $100/room.
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Check-in instructions will be sent the day prior to arrival and guests will utilize a self check-in process, with the information provided.
Early access is always available for guests to leave personal belongings, at your own risk and free of charge, in our parlor room. Guests requesting early check-in to the suite should notify the inn via email. If an early check-in is possible with regards to other guests check-ins and check-outs, we are happy to accommodate this. The early check-in fee is $30 and will be added to your reservation by the inn, if your request is able to be accommodated.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside any of our guest rooms. Additional cleaning fees will apply to rooms that have been smoked in.
Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two people.
No pets allowed.
Due to the nature of our guests visiting the Inn and the safety in mind of our guests, the Inn does not provide accommodations for children. Special consideration can be determined on a case-by-case basis.
A one-night minimum stay is required for all weekday reservations (Sunday through Wednesday night). A two-night minimum stay is required for all weekend reservations (Thursday through Saturday night). Various one-night stays for weekends may become available, however. If you are able to book a one-night stay for weekend dates online, please make your reservation with assurance that we will honor this stay and the availability is due to other guest's reservation dates.
Guests are welcome to fully utilize our two common areas and it is expected that guests will remove trash and clean up after use.
All guests are encouraged to lock cars. Wharf Street Riverfront Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If items in the unit have been removed or damaged, the guest will be charged the amount to replace the item plus a 10% restocking fee. If a guest damages the unit itself (holes in walls, etc.), fees to repair the damage will be incurred by the guest, including supplies and labor to repair damage.
Acknowledgement of the inn policies, also releases liability from the inn for any damages or injury sustained while a guest at Wharf Street Riverfront Inn. As a guest, you should be aware that your stay Wharf Street Riverfront Inn may involve risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to falling, injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the Property during your stay, and the condition of the Property. The guest understands that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and or/death.
